In the summer of 2011 we spent eight weeks traveling through China and Mongolia. From Beijing to Shanghai and Xi'an, and various places in between, we explored the amazing country that is China. Then we had the ultimate wilderness and cultural adventure in the largest campground in the world: Mongolia. We slept in gers (yurts), rode camels, explored the Gobi and the Steppes, and tasted airag.
